What started with me posting a thread some time ago about favourite roads in order to organise a holiday tour of the UK, has turned into something different.

So many people liked the idea of what I was doing that I have actually formed an event (& company!) around it. Have a look at the following:

www.out-run.co.uk

Hopefully it hits the spot and it would be great to see a number of PH'ers there. Ted has kindly added it to the PH calender for your convenience.

Not sure if it's an issue with my computer, but I can hardly read the menu on the left column. Might be something to look at if it's not just my laptop.

Same problem on monitor at home.

Looks like a great idea, but I will be driving back from Arran on the start date........

thanks guys, I can see that the words Out Runner Fourm is slightly clipped at either end - I assume this is what you are refering to (let me know if not). Will get my web designer to look at it.

Shame you can't make - I am sooo looking forward to it. Doing a complete trial run in two weeks time to check route, but have taken routes from about 6 cross referenced sources. Should be a blast.

For me it's more than that, the whole menu is tiny - looks to be about font size 4 or something - it is legible, but only just really.

I know all the route and have it mapped out, but to tell you would spoil part of the adventure! The 'No Going Back' page tells you many of the areas we will be passing through, (but not in any order). We will only use motorways to connect up the less interesting bits.

Overnighter will be in the north and yes any car is welcome. As long as you are comfortable doing the miles then we would love to see you. It's about having fun, not supercar performance - although there are some going.

The event is capped to 80 cars. It is not launched yet, rather sneaking out later this week, so PH is the first to hear, but I already have 10 definites (including an F40 which would be fun).

A number of you have registered, so I thought I would just give this a hike and tell you that the forum is now live.
