What a blast :-)

good one Nev !!
these old cars are quite rapid for a mere 3 litres
just recently had mine at slightly more than 14mph coming back from the Oz GP and she was rock solid and felt as safe as billyo.
Did a round trip of 4,500kms and used 5 litres of oil, no water and she never missed a beat.
Unfortunately a mate of mine in Melbourne took his new 360 for a blast while down there to show us the difference 27 years of technology has made to the breed and she broke down due to the ECU ....hmmm modern technology sometimes is not all it's cracked up to be.
Yours is a nice looking car and I'll be heading that way soon but in the 328 version as I think this is the best of the 308 transverse engine type.

Yeah, it does seem that out of all the Ferrari's, these are some of the better ones for reliability (hope I haven't jinxed myself there now ! :-))
<> Thank you kindly
<<328>> Generally they are considered the best of the lot (well, that would be logical, as they're the last of that line). However I prefer the 70's look of the early cars .... all the funky toggle switches, the carbs, the non-colour coordinated bumpers, the chunky old Michelin XWX's ..... but that's just me, a sucker for old cars
