As I was leaving the Ace the count (from the Police) was 400+ and I wasn't right at the back,

What was the final grand total ?

How long before this gets officially confirmed by the Guiness drink authorities ?

Well done to all who got there, particular thanks to those who organised it and had shirts & stickers made up, and even to the cop at The Ace too. Pity about the weather, but hey the sound ears on Piccadilly, where every other car was a TIV, was truly fantastic.

A great day cloud9 ,hope everybody gets home OK, especially the workers who will have had a very long day.

Cheers

Stuart

It was carnage. How much of the chaos in central London was down to us I have no idea but at least one bus driver was blaming us

My sincerest apologies to those inconvenienced but spare a thought for the TVR workers please. Might be you next time.

Final tally anyone? I doubt the record will stand for long. My mini driving mate (he drives a mini, he's not a small person who drives) reckons that his mob regularly exceed 2000 at a time in Brighton.

Still, all in a good cause.

That's classic..... a London bus driver blaming others for the chaos in London.
It's a requirement of being a bus driver in London that you are colour blind (so can't tell colour of traffic light) and that they think box junctions mean you can sit in them for 10 minutes before moving.
Most especially if they drive a bendy bus.

the offical figure is 478, that's the amount of cars we watched back on the camera crossing the white line on the traffic lights on the main exit from the Cafe, this is the tape that will have to go off to the Gunniss people as the Ace Cafe clickers had a bit of a meltdown on the day lol

What a brilliant day though, going to get some footage up asap

In conversation with traffic police at Ace, they estimated 450 on scene and said that, according to MP, their radio, there were in excess of 400 driving around the London route.

Well done for all those involved in organising and participating. You are a credit to the world of TVR. I'm sure the present and past employees were very proud to be acknowledged in this way when, like so many businesses, they could've just slipped away into the blackness.
