I asked info from a seller twice. No reply.
How can I know he (she) got my message ?
If he (she)did so, is there any rule for the seller to reply a question from a member ?

The seller will have access to your emails via the online portal even if for any reason they didn't receive them via normal channels.

If there's a phone number on the ad then I'd recommend phoning.
