This may have been said or even done before...

But with all the recent events at TVR and assuming Top Gear comes back on the air, how about trying to get lots of TVR owners in the audience one show? and they can talk about TVR going down the pan......

Yeah and just so everyone is easily spotted by JC, JM, and RH (if he's back) everyone could just surround one of the cars that they have on display for the test drives etc wearing TVR shirts, jackets, baseball caps etc etc

Mrs Derekg500 here! This is a brilliant idea but there is usually a VERY long waiting list for tickets unless someone is in the know?? I got mine through the Top Gear website which redirects you to www.applausestore.com I was allowed six tickets maximum and they ask that you have equal numbers of men and women. There are no guarantees on the day that you will get in but those that had equal numbers of men and women would probably be selected over others. We got in no worries and it was a fantastic day! It would certainly grab some attention even in the car park with all those TVR's parked up! Lucky enough to see Damon Hill that day as well as all those lovely soldiers (sigh) that shot at JC! I will add my name to the request list today!! BBFN wavey

Mrs derekg500 here! I must have been really lucky then! I was on the list for a year first time and then second time I applied I heard back almost straight away! Just gone on the reserve list again but it sounds unlikely I would be lucky second time 'round! Hope you hear from them soon! I did wonder if my location (about 10 miles from Dunsfold) had anything to do with it. I am going to speak to my cousin who works for a PR company who may have 'connections' - gotta be worth a try!

Count me in, its v difficult to get a couple of tickets - car clubs are favoured, i'm sure with the current press we may get sympathy preference!

We've bene trying for two years through Applause store. I'm told it helps if you go to some of their other offerings, but they're all in London.
