Cayman RS/Clubsport....

Hi,

Anyone heard any rumours recently regarding the potential for a Cayman RS/Clubsport???

I've read a couple of articles over the past couple of years (even seen an artists impression) but everythings gone very quiet and the last thing i heard is that it would probably never be made - SHAME!

I owned a Cayman S for a short while and loved it and have had a 'Letter of Intent' on the RS/Clubsport for ages.....

I have heard rumours of a CS version but they'd never do an RS... probably because there's a good chance it would lap the ring quicker than a GT3RS, for less money. Porsche are very protective of the 911 in their model hierarchy.

A well executed Cayman 'Club Sport' could be a cut price GT3.

Two of Porsches most endearing models were the 968CS and the 911CS.

Fingers crossed, but it may be a while.
