RS insurance for trackdays etc

Hi,

Having problems with insuring the GT3RS, for road and also track day use.

With the GT2 I was insured with Bickley, but they only covered five events, then you were on your own. I can't find anyone else who cover for track days. Could any of you RS boys let me know who you use?

Try Aon , special needs covered , i use their Classic car policy..............think its a private clients thing , 5 track days free then u pay , will cover Spa, if they think ur fit , NO Ring

Hi Rob,

I insure my RS through PEART. Road cover was cheaper than my previous insurer, NU and they will insure you for trackdays at all circuits except the Ring for £40 per day ( the excess does increase to 10% of the cars value but I think you will find this is pretty standard ).

For Ring insurance try Egger Lawson ( Competition Car Insurance ) not cheap at about £400 per day but worth it in my mind.

A Manning cover me for full business use and all ATDO trackdays - give them a call.

Of course you don't need track day cover for the ring, your normal road policy will cover that

Unless the policy wording specifically excludes it! Chubb - great policy in every other regard.

Ditto - These boys beat my previous provider and then insured trackdays at no additional cost.

any number? directory of enquiries have no listing, and i did a google but not coming up with the right 'manning'...
