Side light for wedge

I have 2 wedges one 350 in the process of re painting and one 390 SE with light damage to front corner I used to own a bodyshop for over 20 yrs but now it is a hobby. Hoping for info as I go along and will post some photos first question where can I get hold of a N/S ront indicator/sidelight ?

Is it special to that model?
If not and it came from the parts bin then posting a picture may prompt someone to remember another model it was used on or even where to buy new.
