If she's a well looked after manual black/black with stainless steel exhausts, nav and NO ruffled leather then I'll take her off your hands...?

what do you mean by s/s exhausts? Only TT option (OEM) was CHROME 4 pipe exhust tips (which are easy and relatively cheap to add) Hear you on the nav and revolting ruffled leather though and shouldn't really be helping the bidding competition

It's worth 10% less than last week and next week will be another 10% lower. Just sell whatever anyone bids you.

Right, i'll have a go at this (and probably get crucified...)

If it's Black, Silver or grey etc, I reckon:

Private: GBP 56-57,000
Trade (OPC): GBP 63-64,000
Trade (Non-OPC): GBP 60-61,000

All abuse welcome.

I'm sure you'll get filled in next week, as you know this is the fastest depreciating car in the history of mankind-if only they'd stuck a massive fan on it it would be going up in value not down.

I dont think they are depreciating quickly...unless you buy from a dealer and give them 20% of the value of the car for a cup of coffee.

Not far off the price of this 993 Turbo. Are 993 Turbo's really worth that much? Sounds like crazy money for a 10 year old motor. I wouldn't say it was classic status yet either.

Quite simple really, many more 996tts produced compared to the 993tt. Most 993tts will sell at GBP 40k+ if they are half decent.

My 996 TT (02, 30k miles, seal/black) probably about £90k new
Now worth £50k at a push private.

So thats £40k depreciation in 4.5 years, so £9k a year.

I would imagine most other supercar drivers would gladly take that depreciation !

My brother in the trade reminded me not long ago that a 997 Carrera S was depreciating faster than the 996 Turbo, according to Glasses guide.

*sarcasm off*

personally I think they're excellent value for money-that's one of the reasons I own one and have no intention of selling.
