first time porsche

Hi Looking at getting out of my m5, want a 911 for my mid life crisis. Seen 996 turbo, 5yrs 32,000 miles. Need to keep for 2+ yrs and 30.000 miles. whats the risk? Should i play safe and go for a standard 911?
