Having sold the Cerb a month ago with the intention of moving onto a different marquee altogether I've managed to stumble at the first hurdle, as I'm already yearning for the TVR noise and something to fill the garage.

So, after a chat with the wife and finally getting a decent insurance quote today the decision has been made for me - I'm going to get me an S as well as the new toy

I always missed my old S3, as smiles per pound it beat the Cerb hands down and nothing beats the full wind in the hair experience of a convertible. Can't moan too much about boot space, as I've got tiny camping gear to fit in for Le Mans anyway, so I think I'll manage with that, just need to find the right car now...
