Hey all,

I had several doubts putting a tubi on my 360 mostly about the thing just being loud rather than pleasent.

As it happened, it took me about 2 hours before I could speak when I picked up the car from Scuderia Systems in Egham... I'm lost for words...
Manu, you're right - the stock exhaust is pants!

I cannot tell you guys out there what a difference it makes to the car. Its so much more responsive and judging by the black 360 spider I left for dead yesterday - its faster too...
Mind you, its not for the fainthearted - people just love that sound and seem to wawe, point and shout even more than ever.

You can pretty much compare the old sound with a sewing machine now that the TUBI is in fulll flow!
Magnificent - thanks Manu and Co.
You certainly know what you are talking about in Egham!

It's good that at least one company in the motor trade in that area does.

I'm reading this and salivating, I have paid my Tubi deposit to Manu & Co and I sincerely hope to beat Rich's fitting record (which I think is 8 days after delivery) by about 7 1/2 days!!!!!!! Mmmmmmmmm can't wait!!
Roll on April!!

Jason,

I heard you had a deposit down already! Well done mate - a true enthusiast.
I am afraid this is my first F. so I had to 'adapt' from TVRs first - hence the 3 months wait.

You've got a delivery date? What a great time to get a spider - you lucky thing!

Look forward to seeing but more importantly, hearing in due course..

Yeah, just in time for the good weather, oooohhh please be sunny & warm all spring/summer!!!
My D-Date is still just APRIL.......Ferrari can't be any more sprecific at the moment but I am assured it is in "build mode" now.
I had a TVR aswell, a 450 Chimp and although I loved the sound it was NOTHING compared to my 355 (stock!)
Looking fwd to catching up with all the enthusiasts at the next meet.

Jason, Well at least with a new Ferrari, there is a chance of getting to Le Mans and back without you needing a jump-start every time you need to fire up the engine!!!..... The Rouen tunnel should be fun!

PS - I assume that you have confirmed April 2003!!!

Can't stop just "popping out" to run 30 mile errands in mine since the tubi/de-cat, the popping and crackling on the over run and even between up changes are awesome!!

It is with some sadness that I admit to knowing EXACTLY what you're talking about. It's just a fantastic soundtrack. While it's easy to recall images, sounds (and smells) are much harder to replay in your head. So there's nothing for it other than fire it up and have another blast.Sniff. Off to look on the Autotrader site now.

I may be some time.
