Aye, those Laahndaahhn shots have come out luvverly, like. Chimchimcheroo etc.

I know where you're coming from re postprocessing and it does sometimes grate, but the digital/Photoshop angle is what got me back into photography as I'm a geek at heart, not to mention gratified by quick and easily viewable results. Who knows, maybe I'll reach the point you have at some point. Or maybe I won't. I know I've certainly got a long way to go on the photographic side compared to some folks on this forum and it's that learning and progress I'm enjoying at the mo.

Still, as long as we're all enjoying it, that's the main thing

I love those xpan shots. So much I thought "I'll have me one of them".

Then I saw the price - which for a hobbyest, was a bit much

Oh well, I'll wait for the Chinese to make a cheapo copy

Im not sure there will be one, did you look at prices for the xpan or xpan2? original xpan is not that expensive nowadays. The EU forced hasselblad to cease production of the xpan series because they use lead in the solder of the circuit boards. If they do a digital xpan that will be the daddy!

I'll be keeping an eye on the blog Matt, nice one. To be honest though I'm not really sure about the change of gear but good luck with it
