G50 Box

Can anyone recommend a good source for a used G50 box.

Am in the process of re-engineing my spyder and would like to find a short G50 box to keep it within the bodywork (Spyder bodywork has less rear overhang).

Try the factory, they seem to have a reasonably priced supply of tidy units.

hey yorke. As you say you don´t have that much space in yourt spider I´d recommend a "short tail" G50. Good Source is www.albertweb.de (German Porsche Tuner also dealing with GearBoxes, very reliable and competent) and Harald Jülicher a german Guy at Mönchengladbach [e-mail], who has ALL G50´s on stock and deals with them for 20 years now.! And there is www.911pcar.com a USA Dealer....
