Door Hinges - bolt snapped HELP

After finishing most other things that needed doing on the car I have decided to take a look at the doors as they both have a couple of mm movement up and down when they are half way open/closed. I have seen previous threads so thought I would take a look (great pictures on one thread).
First problem - while trying to undo the nut on the hinge, that holds the window frame in, the bolt has snapped off in the nut bonded to the door. I decided the best option would be to take the door off and either extract the stud or cut out the nut and put a new one in.
Second problem - can't undo the bolt going through the door into the nut bonded into the body. I have applied lots of anti seize spray and left for an hour or so, still can't get it undone. If I try too hard I can feel that the nut is going to tear through the fibre glass in the body.
I now see that I have two options,
option one, bond the hinge in where it is to ensure the hinge doesn't move with the stud sheared, put it back together and not worry about a couple of mm movement, or
Option two take a deep breath and hacksaw off the bolt, get the door off and repair all the problems and use new hinges. How easy are hinges and bushes to get hold off and are they expensive?
Has anybody got any thoughts or advice on the best course of action?

Having had a similar problem I soaked it for three days, trying it every so often until it starts to move. It is a case of applying steady pressure and I can tell you it is bl--dy hard work, keep backing it off and soak it with more penetrant. It will create a fair amount of heat but you just have to keep going and trust that it will not turn the bush. I've added some photos that I and others have taken.

Spoken to TVR Car Parts, they are able to source bobbins and bushes but not hinges, the bushes are also now only available in 10mm form and not 8mm that were on some S's. Not sure yet what size mine are, will soon fine out. I have ordered 4 of each.
Might as well replace all the bushes while I'm there!
