Strange incident in London this morning.

Was driving to work this morning at abotu 6.30am when saw a strange Porsche crash.
Stopped at the lights at the Marble Arch roundabout coming from the Hyde Park sideroad. The traffic coming from the Park Lane side were just stopping at the lights when a blue Boxster went through the red lights, carried on in a straight line at about 15-20mph directly across our path and crashed into the barriers on the other side of the road. A fairly big impact but
Was very strange and I guess the guy must have blacked out, heart attack or something. I stopped at the scene with the car in front of me. Luckily it turned out the passenger in the car in front was a nurse and seemed to know what she was doing. I called for the ambulance and then left.
Hope it wasn't anyone on here? Hope the guy is ok.
