Don't you just love dealers...
Discussion
Was browsing around to see what 997s are currently worth (ie. how much I've already lost on mine..!!). Now, I don't have anything particularly against dealers (I'm a banker and we're a lot worse...) but this guy is either taking the piss or just not used to selling Porsches..

About 95% of what he lists is absolutely standard stuff on a 997...!! The actual spec isn't that great and he's trying for £2k more than the next ad which is a truly fully loaded same car at 991virgin.
Sad thing is some guy will come along and buy this and then wonder why he's lost £5-8k three seconds after he's turned the key.
Piece of advice if you're considering a 997C4S - don't buy this one..

Not a combo I'd normally go for, but I like it. The shot showing the cockpit made me really want to drive a 997 again for some reason - must be the red belts. As for the ranting, I was going to have a go, but it seems the car isn't a Tip. However, because the car is a C4S, I can state categorically that the previous owner is a poof.

One of my pet hates, I assume some people really are stupid enough to buy a £75k car without any research or that the dealer is a t
t, and is trying to make a crap spec car look the opposite in a way that no one enlightened enough to be on PH will fall for.Gassing Station | Porsche General | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
