Quick HELP needed!!
Discussion
Having just done this myself (on 97 4.5):-
Jack front of car up on side of headlamp to be adjusted. This will give you access to a fibreglass panel behind the headlamp (sealed with silicone and two screws holding it in place). Remove screws and sealant, then remove panel. There are two adjusting wingnuts on the left and right sides of the lamp pod (horizontal adjustment) and one at the bottom of the pod (vertical adjustment). In theory these can be adjusted by hand, but mine had seized and required brute force and much WD40!

Looks like I missed your deadline, sorry, but "The Bible" by Steve Heath (don't leave home without one) says the two slotted adjusting screws are hidden under the mastic which is used to seal the gap around the headlight. Access is by removing the headlight cover which is either bolted of attached with mastic.

They're gonna be rusty as hell too. :-(
This happened to me and I ended up having to remove the whole unit to make up some new adjusters. Real PITA!
Tim
PS: Thanks for reminding me - I've got to put new reflectors in the Cerb' and I bet the pods are bonded rather than glued in! Aghhh
