Hi,

I have to say, my initial thoughts on this post were to advise you to phone the dealer from whom you purchased the car, and politely request that they send a transporter to pick up the car and reimburse you at current S.H value. This would save the car from possible abuse and more importantly save you from yourself, it is a high performance vehicle and as such needs to be driven by someone with a clue!!

HOWEVER!!

After more thought, I feel that my initial response would have been very harsh if taken in isolation. It is clear that whoever supplied the car has neglected to take the time to make you conversant in the various functions of the dash pod, a single push of the left hand button mounted on the rear face of the steering wheel will reveal that the measurement of water is infact shown in degrees and not quantity, strangely perhaps for TVR, exactly the same as all other cars!! The aforementioned dealer has again failed in their duty of care to you, the paying customer, by omitting to provide the small but somewhat useful USER MANUAL. This piece of literature is full of handy hints for the proud owner, and contrary to 20th century folklore does not indicate any gender confusion issues in a male that is discovered reading it. Should you bite the bullet and obtain this book, or just get it out if it was supplied, you will be blessed with the knowledge of how best to treat this magnificent car and engine, including the warm up procedure and fluid level checks.

I am sorry to have gone off on one about this post, and I am well aware that sarcasm is the lowest form of wit, I am not trying to be hostile in any way at all, just be aware that you have a duty to protect yourself and your investment..

Good luck and enjoy.

No need to be pricks, have you ever heard of a miss type! (gauge) wanker... Thank you ever so much for pointing out the manual ( No SH$T ). I am well aware of how the car needs to be cared for! It was just a simple question, maybe it came out the wrong way! Nevermind loser's,you obviously have nothing better to do than take a dig at people! Time waster's

And if you still feel the need to say anything further, kiss my ass!

ooh, decisions decisions........ to reply or not?

Sod it lets go with it!

You seem to be as touchy as a frotteur on a rush hour tube, I scanned through your previous posts and note that you do indeed have the fabled USER MANUAL in your posession, and claim to have read through it several times, consequently I realise that my first response was indeed a waste of time and type, I could have got away with...... RTFM!!!!(again!!!)...

I feel that the time is growing near to withdraw university status from the Institute of Advanced Muppetry as they are clearly sending out far too many Graduates.

I bid you farewell, and politely decline your invitation to "Kiss my Ass"

As I'm only in the ringside seats, can I comment "that you both have equally good taste in your choice of car"

Hi,

You are correct, as far as I'm aware there has yet to be developed a vaccine to prevent stupidity, clearly manifested by you having read the USER MANUAL several times and still struggling with the water temperature display issues.

It would also appear that your initial post on this topic has vanished into thin air, perhaps your "middle finger technology" is lacking in dexterity and hit the delete button, by accident,...... obviously.

As for me saying something intelligent, I feel it is at best unlikely, and probably not worth waiting for.

Chin up Dude, it's not all bad.

Pack it in - whatever the level of question it deserves a reasonable answer, without the abuse.
Lower the ante, don't raise it. This type of rubbish is the opposite of what the site was intended for.

Ted, a word here please.

Hi Venom,
Sorry for the late reply, work etc.

Looks like this is drawing to a natural close now, just want to say that there was really no hostility in my comments, and I do sincerely hope that you have good luck and good times with your Sag. We do after all have some common ground in our choice of toys.

Thanks for your compliments on my car, it's spectraflair silver with red and black inside.

All the best
