Anyone near exeter?

Strange request, but going down to Dulford Auto's next week to have a few little bits sorted on the Chim. (I live in essex) Gonna be there from monday until thursday. Anyone around that area fancy meeting up for a drink one evening?

Would be good to meet up with a few of you and have a chat (about Tiv's obviously)

Plus I won't be doing much else other than proping up the bar somewhere!

Sorry you've not had more replies. I'm fairly close but snowed under at work including moving offices this w/end and into next week. Tyre Smoke is nearby and Bomber Denton a bit further and several more in the Torbay area. Hopefully they'll see your thread.

Several days worth of tinkering on your Chim sounds like a whole lot of work! It's in good hands though so hope all goes well.

im just outside tiverton, which is about 15 mins from Dulford autos( collumpton).. they actually had mine in there a few weeks ago and did a great job./....

Thanks GarryM. I have a slight tapping noise from the top end. I'm hoping that its not camshaft, but want to get it looked at sooner rather than later. I always use Richard Smith, I have been bitten before by dealers and know I can trust him, that is why I keep going back. Fantastic bloke, and always a good job done.

That sounds like a fantastic idea. Corin has replied to my other thread on the car club website, and I maybe meeting up with him one night. Basically I am a bit lost because I normally go with my girlfriend, but she split up with me 2 weeks ago, so I'm trying to get out to keep my mind off it. Sounds feeble I know, but I was with her nearly 6 years. Anyway, sorry to be down. Would be good to go out with a few people from Dulford and TVR car parts.
