Here we go!!

[chugger]

After roughly a year of looking (and seeking advice on here), i'm finally picking up my first TVR tomorrow. Silver 500 Chimaera (98), travelling down to London (i'm from Cardiff) first thing, then get to drive her back, fingers crossed the weather will hold! Looking forward to posting a few pics.

Can't wait!

I picked my first TVR up year's ago and it absolutely bucketed it down, it was not a great experience, but there on, BRILLIANT

Congratulations

I picked up my Chim almost three years ago (30 Sept) and the weather was fantastic. Roof off and scared shitless all the way home (2 hours). Probably the most self-indulgent drive I've ever had, thinking about myself and how cool I looked all the way! You'll love it!

Still have Chimaera 4, although drive a Sagaris now: can't part with the Chim, too much fun and great car. You'll love the car, and have brilliant days driving.

Congrats. I picked my griff up over 5 years ago when it was snowing, and freezing, literally. Still had the roof off though!!!!

Take it easy on your first drive, esp if the roads are damp or wet.

Enjoy!

Enjoy, but remember to respect all that torque or it'll bite your head off !
