Dragged myself down to the gym this afternoon at Brigton Marina only to be uplifted by the sight of over a dozen TVRs - they all looked fantastic! And yes, a couple of Cobras only adds to it all. Was great to drive around the corner and see them gleaming. Shame I missed you all starting up.

T'was us - SE London & NW Kent TVRCC with a few friends

There was no thread Im afraid as we are very limited on numbers allowed to park there, & thanks to friends in high places we are the only group allowed to park in that area at any time. In previous years we have opened it up to all comers but had a couple of issues & nearly lost the chance to do it again.

We go every year, lets see if we can sort something next time - drop me a line nearer the time.

Ahhh no worries, just thought I was going mad and had missed a thread about it, being so close to home and all.

Did you all enjoy the tunnels into the marina?

Oh yes - but better still was the Caulfail tunnel in Lewes on the way home - we practically stopped just short then gave it large at the entranceyikes

Of course, the two decatted Cerbies in our group helped n end to improve the sound.

I owe you an apology ridds - I saw you wanted to go & planned to get in touch, but I didnt get the chance - sorry.

Aye the snail tunnel is a good one. Little dodgy though as it's a 30 through there and you can get some speed up (just don't get caught). laugh

No problem, keep me posted always up for a local blat. driving

Very. A thread will appear in the Cerb forum soon.

Nice to meet you again ncs, terribly sorry I didnt recognise you, I think it was the hat!! - as always, we entered the Speed Trials in our Cerbera 4.5. I only got the briefest of glimpses of the Marina gathering as we had our Lunch, nice to have a bit of TVR support in the crowd. My thanks to anyone who cheered Dad on, it was much appreciated - I hope the runs/ tyre warming did TVR proud.

Ciao,
BCA

Edit: Worth noting also that PH'er DanHay was there in a Fiat X1/9 with PH.com stickers, he beat his previous best I think and even had it in him to marshall in the afternoon! - Good to see you Dan, thanks for the marshalling.

I'd post them here, but I thought it best to steer as many people as possible over to the Cerbera forum in an attempt to make you all want to trade up and boost residuals. hehe

Just doing my bit for the cerb community!!

Anyone have any news on the Chims results/ who owned it?
