the speed limit in this country should be 30mph off motoways and 60 mph on motoways. all you speed merchants should be on race tracks, thats what they are there for, SO USE THEM !! Don''t use our public high ways, you are a danger to the public and you all use speed as an alternative to your weaknesses in other departments!! 2 dogs

You must be from H&H no point in discussion you clearly have not any facts behind you and this looks like a wind up post.

Couldn't agree more about speed limits...except I think we should introduce them for dogs. How many accidents happen when wayward dogs rush about at high speed in parks? Innocent children are being put at risk by the antics of these juggernauts! All dogs should be forced to be kept on the lead..or given a speed limiting device to ensure child-pedestrian safety. We could consider 'hobbles' - a small chain running from rear leg to rear leg or perhaps even go for a more sophisticated device...perhaps use GPS technology to detect canine speed and administer a small, harmless electric shock to the dog's ears - they'd soon learn to slow down... Remember - Inappropriate speed kills get this canine menace off our parks and onto proper (grey)hound tracks where it belongs. www.gobarkingmad.com. Errm.....
