The leakage story seems to continue. After Epsiodes 1 to 3, we now have episode 4: Mysterious bit of coolant after eny ride....Everytime I drove a few hours get back into the garage and let the car stay there unused for few days.. I see a little rinse of coolant/water...Chasing it I found it to have its´ origin anywhere near the swirl pot on the bulkhead drivers side. Couldn´t find any damage in samco hoses, nor a definite source...the only thing I saw, is that, on the top of the swirl pot there is a bit of dried coolant....ANyone experienced smth. like this ?

Had the same problem when I first finished the car. After several months I found it was the cap on the expansion tank not sealing properly.

overflow pipe. The expansion tank has the pressure spring. If not tightened the fluid goes down the pipe. I noticed and extra quarter turn did the job for me
