Picked up a 98/S Scooby at the weekend, took it for a light thrashing, after 10 miles I noticed some vibes, and when I slowed a god awful clattering. Upshot is, they think its the big end.
Should I ask for a refund, or get it fixed under warranty. They're muttering about a new engine, which would be fatastic, but what about a rebuild. It's done 72k witha full service history.
