Help - battery cut off switch

I bought an LMA Motorsports cut off switch, the one with two terminals for the battery main and 4 terminals which I beleive are for alternator cut off. It came with a diode and a wiring diagram - ive managed to lose the wiring diagram. Does anyone have a diagram for one of these?

The N/O and N/C are when the key's in and turned.
