on the Sat Nav - I use a NavMan 520
its a great little thing and has never let me down yet
The only critisism it got in the press is you can't use full postcodes to get you to your destination
however this is not really a problem at all, you enter the first part e.g ab12
and then select the street from there

For SatNav alone I've got TomTom 700 and it's the dogs 8ollcks. Only problem I've ever had is one day it stopped taking to me and I missed a turn (Sorry again, Ash, Justin, Jools and Owen...we were in France at the time
) but it was fine after it was switched off and on. It does all of Europe and you can subscribe for the camera sites.
