Simple electrics

With my limited electrical knowledge I'm struggling again. All 3 left hand indicators have stopped working, bulbs all ok. When I put the hazards on, they all flash?? just not when I indicate.

Sure its just a fuse or something but which one?

Similarly the wipers will only work at top speed? Why is it all so confusing?

Try testing the switch.

It will almost certainly be a bad earth. If the indicators on the other side work OK, you can rule out the flasher unit. It could also be a duff switch in the stalk but they are a bit of a nightmare to fix as when you take the switch unit apart, you usually get showered with various tiny springs which never go back together properly!

If they're working on hazards the earthing is ok,sounds more like the indicator stalk if the other side is ok.

hi i had this and it was the flasher can try taking the can out and put a bit of wire in its place if they light up and stay on its the flasher can try the hazzard can aswell
