After finally getting a chance to experience a GT2 first hand (following a very kind and exhillerating passenger ride in Lincsgt2's car and chatting with simonharrod) at a recent lincshoon meeting i have decided that this is the direction for me instead of a turbo. I don't want to start yet another model debate but wondered if there was anyone out there who was thinking of selling on their GT2. I have seen the ones advertised in the classified section, the black one at camtune has gone and i don't think i could live with the red one one at nickwhale. Ideally i would like a silver or black one with leather bucket seats and no roll cage/extinguisher.

I need to move my current 996 on or p/x it. Please take a look at my ad for my 996 and tell me if i have priced in the right ball park. www.pistonheads.com/sales/90419.htm

Thanks in advance.

Hate to say it , but you might be asking too much .. I know you've got alot of extras there but unforunately we never really get the money back that was spent upgrading the car.
I think the price is more dealership territory maybe..

The warranty definitely give it the edge though.

I may be wrong here.. Feel free to jump up and down on my head!!

Couple of points..

The price at the top of the ad doesn't agree with the price in the text. Also, the first line of the add mentions a GT2 body??

I can definitely confirm that it sounds superb, having sampled those exhausts at fairly close range last weekend

Good luck with the search..

...doh thanks for that. Typo on the GT2 bit, they are getting under my skin I had reduced the price on the ad but forgot about the bit in the ad.

Fixed now!

I really enjoyed watching the 930 turbo stubbornly filling my mirrors last weekend!
