...new things about owning a TVR.
You can make small children spin round, drop their Ice cream and burst into tears if you are manuvering in a built up area
You can scare dogs (and their owners) doing the same.
You can get 3 hotels/B&Bs worth of people coming out onto their balcony and having a gawp when trying to park by the beach. (God I love that straight through conversion!)
You can come back to find a group of people photographing your car, particularly when its parked near an ice cream van.
If you drop you phone and it goes under the seat its a pain in F'n ar5e to get back again!
Its very comfortable, if noisey with the roof down when driving for 5hrs or so.
Your left arm gets more tanned than your right whilst driving.

The other day I took the tiv to town and parked in a multi-storey carpark. When we (my eldest daughter and I) were done we went back to the car (shopping in tow). I sat in the car, started it up, possibly giving a few more revs than is absolutely necessary. When suddenly a lady walking buy, pushing a buggy, "yelped" from the shock of the noise, which in turn made her 1yr old bundle of fun burst into tears. My daughter, a chip off the old block, "said how cool is that?"

I just lurv setting off car alarms in my S2, it always raises a smile, my son was nearly crying with laughter when it happened and it`s worse in a multi-storey car park

I`ve had 2 people drop their shopping and cower ..like they were being assaulted ...with a prod of the V8 at high reves in 2nd..not big or clever..but hilarious at the time...I`m sorry now...

We were going in to Goodwood the other weekend and the guy directing the traffic sent us through the tunnel to the paddock, his parting words were , take it easy.

We managed to get 4 wedges in the tunnel at the same time at the last breakfast club meet - we were taking it easy as advised - we were just revving the bollox of 'em at the same time

When filming the Speed 12 for the PS2 game release, it was parked by the side of the road. A woman, complete with two bags was staring at it and I told her to go over and have a look, intending to get a picture. She bent down to look in the passenger window when the thing started up. She jumped back and then rushed away, eyes wide. People at a bus stop laughed out loud, and this was about 8 in the morning - who laughs then?

At traffic lights, a double decker bus could be seen leaning towards the Sp 12 as passengers moved over to get a look at it.
