Trouble at Hexham

Has anyone else been having trouble with servicing or any other work at Hexham Horseless?

I've had my car in twice in the last 2 months, first was to rebond indicator lights which they managed to put one of the lights the wrong way round, now they have damaged an alloy when changing tyres at the weekend. I know they have become a lotus dealer in recent months and their technicians have been getting trained, it took 6 weeks for me to just get my car in.

Has anyone else been having trouble? They are usually so good.

No. They have consistently delivered the best service I have had, and on each occasion to be unfailingly helpfull with advice.

Never had any trouble with Hexham always found them to be a great outfit.

before cracking on with the thread, have you rang Tony to sort out your dis-satisfaction with him?

HHC and Tony and Richard are probably the most respected dealers and more importantly TVR enthusiasts out there. I think you may have been unlucky and have no doubt that Tony will sort out your problem directly and discretely with you.

HHC have a very good reputation which has been long established. A great deal of enthusiasts out there know and respect Tony as a very up front guy as well as fellow enthusiast. The Lotus franchise should have no consequence in the servicing carried out on your TVR.
