HELP! Alarm on boxster set and can't get it off!

Can anyone please help me?

Started my boxster('98), friend fiddled with the centerstack button for opening and closing and opened rear tunnelconsole. Started driving for +/-1km, took down the roof later and centerstack started beeping. Very soon (1min/30 secs) the alarm went off, and the motor shut down. Alarm is still on.

Horn went of for 30 secs and then out again, tried to get out of car lock and unlock, no succes. Beeping took over and got in the car again to start it, no problem, but horn went of again. Closed and locked the roof and put the windows back up. Horn went out after some time, but beeping sound in centerstack still on.

Car is now parked somewhere, but don't like to leave it there. While it's Sunday and I can't reach no-one...

Please any suggestions?

The centre consul is connected to the alarm system (it is on the "S" anyway), it needs to be properly shut for all to work correctly.
Also check hand set battery is ok.
If both fail shut car up, set & unset with remote handset a few times, then set it, unlock with key (not remote) but don't open door, then unset alarm with remote & open door.
