GTWayne,

Of course feel free to bring it over. Any customer with a partially completed Ultima who would like to trailer the car over to our Open Day is more than welcome. We look forward to seeing owners both past and present. There will be Ultima Only Parking near to the factory as usual which can include part builts.

So who is going to the open day?

I'm working like mad to get my Pro-charged Can-Am on the road. I will be there and I hope in the Can-Am.

Should be running (but not driving) so I would have to say yes.

Being a potential owner and builder of a GTR, I am going to try and get up there for the factory open day, just as long as you Ultima boys don't give me to much stick for owning a 'Eurobox' BMW M3!!

Look forward to meeting all those on the forum who have offered advice and answered my questions so far.

No stick needed as it will be nowhere near where the rest of us park.

There we go it's started already!

I might have to try and convince LuckyP to attend and give me a lift up there. That way I can sneak in without being noticed and remain a closet-BMW owner. Reminds me of the ribbing I got off the TVR boys I was staying with at Le Mans this year.

What can I say I'm on my way to being reformed.

BMW's are nothing to be ashamed of.Not only do I have two but I think I am right in saying that even Ted himself has a 8 series. If anyone starts and we can't 'ave 'em,we'll get Ted to eject them O.K.?

Have bored the missus endlessly already with talk of Ultimas, how is she gonna cope with having to listen to yet more excited rambling from me?

That's so unfair! I'll be stuck here in Spain in 35˚ C heat when all I'll really want is to be at the Ult factory ...

I was there in 2005..also with my BMW but its a Z3 M coupe S54 the special model haha...but ofcorse nowhere as near to a Ultima GTR but its a superb allrounder! I've had a great day but its a bit far(1600km that day) I drove from the east of the netherlands through the train tunnel(nice experience and fast and cheap on the right time) if it was some nearer I would go again! nice folks nice cars lovely atmosfhere...
Hm...I miss that...
