your Ultima specs

Okay, so im a bit bedazzled by the performance of this car and just want to make sure i am %100. So this car can go 0-60 or 0-100km(for you brits) in 2.7 seconds, all the while with a full interior?!?!?! How much horsepower and how much weight are you guys pushing out?? I must know!!! Tell me aobut your car!!

The fastest Ultima can reach 60mph in 2.6 secs and 100mph in 5.3 secs.

I'm running 407ci pushing 508bhp and 527lb/ft in 1070kilo. Scares the sh1t out of me every time I go out to play.

The impressive bit from the world record holding Ultima (720bhp) has to be the 0-100-0 MPH figure of 9.4 seconds. This was achieved in just 235m (0.15 mile).

Couldn't find the weight of the car in the article but did a simple little equation. 0-60 X Horsepower = 1872 lbs!!! goodness does it have a full interior in it with radio and all of that???

Uhh, the latest article on the GTR states the weight of the car.

I took the opportunity to visit the factory a couple weeks ago while I was in the UK for an athletics competition. I was able to sit in the world record car shift her a bit and look around the inside. I believe it did in fact have a radio. There were definitely speakers behind the sidepods but I don't recall specifically seeing a radio. Maybe it was in one of the sidepods? I could post pictures I took of the car (as well as one or two of the other cars that were there). Would there be any legal trouble with that?

Not that I am aware of. There are lots of pictures of the factory vehicles posted on this site, and others. We would love to see them.

My GTR was 2260 lbs and 500hp, did 0-60 in 2.9 at the drag strip where it was sticky and 10.86 @ 133 best with a 500 hp LS6.
Soon to have the twin T61 turbo 402 cid 6.6L LS2 in it.
We'll see in a few weeks as everythings fabbed and the swap has started.
