I spent the WHOLE day cleaning my Chim last sunday and it came up beautiful.
what did you use..........i used the quick detailer with clay bar and then the 3 step deep gloss paint cleaner, polish and wax.

i used the car wash shamppo and conditioner and then the gold class wax and then earlier today a coat of quicj detailer to give it the extra shine just look in my profile to see how it came up looks the m,urts nuts

Is there stuff any good for getting rid of stubborn BUGS!
not just the new stuff but the old welded on stuff that
may of etched the paintwork a little.

Been trying the usual tricks including good old elbow grease....
hot rags laid over the nose and all those....

get a yellow cloth and some of the gold class wax press down hardish worked for me
and its wcked for getting out scratches

thanks dc53, but why a yellow cloth? or does it depend on the colour
of your car ! i guess any micro fibre rag will do the jobby. Do you
think this trick will be just as affective on my dark met. blue paint?

and what i ment by yellow cloth was just a house hold yellow cotton cloth well thats what i use and it works but i supose any other cloth would work

..you could also try claying the affected areas. This will pull out all sorts of rubbish from the clearcoat on the car.
