Hi

I have corroded headlights and a flaky sidelihgt connector which keeps blowing the fuse, so ideal time(!) to buy some new headlights(a bit late some might say). Any ideas for improved lighting (pref without increasing wattage?) There seem to be lots of only slightly legal headlights on the web relatively cheaply; I'm sure I've seen a posting on this before but can't find it.

Went from being like candles to spotlights!

I did also add a decent set of bulbs though...

Headlights are the same as classic minis among the various different ones there are the following;

Lucas H4 : Nice shape
Wipac Quadoptic: Nice shape good lighting
RING: Budget, ok performance, bad shape
Angel Eyes: Like the BMW lights with a illuminated ring
Angel Eye Budget
Crystal Halogen: Clear plastic lenses, with pattern on the refelector
Budget Crystal Halogen
Crystal Halogen ION
Hella: Not so good illumination
Some weird ones with a sort of triangular bulb holder inside??

And a few more to boot.
