Opinions on London TVR?

i'm thinking of buying a used car through London TVR. i'd like some 1st hand accounts of dealing with them please, not on this forum, but via my e-mail. i'm more interested in the after-sales, than the sales.

not interested in 'what happened to a mate'. and for the record, from my brief experiences so far i'm quite impressed.
