Does anyone have any tips/suggestions on this area of France? I am thinking of visiting there for a week in Sept in the Griff but culd do with some tips on good roads/areas for hooning plus secure hotels for the P&J.

I think this is in the right area -if so at Mulhouse there is the Schlumph Bugatti museum. This is an absolute must see - even worth a detour.
