Those links are all for the rubber seals around the roof and door frame.
I thought the original poster meant the seal between the glass and the screen frame, which of course isn't a rubber seal at all, but just the bonding between the glass and the frame - the only way to replace that is to take the screen out and re-bond it and you really don't want to do that unless you really really have to.
Maybe you meant that the edge of the glass is delaminating, causing the black edge to go milky? if so, then again the only proper "fix" is replacing the screen.

Also - the TVR S screen is very hard to remove and to fit because of the shape of the aperture and the fact that TVR originally used the windscreen sealer to hold some of the interior trim in place at the same time so it's very difficult to remove the old screen without trim damage.
My mate just had hos done and although it's a good enough job, it's nothing like the original.
If you're doing it only for cosmetic reasons, then I would think again - it probably looks better now that it will after.
You could try trimming out the "perished" sealer with a scalpel, and refilling the "notch" around the screen (edited to add "ie what foxy said above"
