Sills like most parts are stupidly priced over here, got quoted by Chrylser £8k for 2 sprayed warranty sills, even in the US they are fairly expensive. If you've got bubbling it can be repaired, try www.partsrack.com they should be able to help. There are aftermarket repicated sills out there as well which are a lot cheaper

I've been looking into this too for my @94 RT/10- I'll try to post some shots.
My sills (rear exit car) are prety bashed from the crash the previous owner had, so I'm getting them looked at by a panel beater to see if they can be put back into shape.
I've looked at the GRP options from the US, but a lot of people are saying they are fine for race cars, but road car exhausts get a lot hotter because the air does not flow as freely, and some of the GRP models have actually scorched badly, and some have even caught fire! Also, mixed reports about the finish standards- some of them do not come out of the moulding process too well, and can not fit exactly.......so I've binned that idea for a start.

I've managed to find a 2nd hand pair of factory (aluminium)"smothies" ('96 models onwards I think) which serve 2 purposes-
1)- I think they look better than the ribbed ones that came with the car originally
2)- They are in good condition, and the right price ($2000 + shipping) from a private sale.....and they won't catch fire.

So there's now an extra option tht you might be interested in: When I get my quote back from the panel beater, I can let you know how much for the work, or you can have the work done yourself. Because I will be buying the "smoothies" from the US, this means that they will be available for sale at the right price......if interested, please contact me. However, if the panel beater says they are beyond repair, I'll also let you know.

In the meantime, good luck with your hunt for info- check out JonB at Partsrack for a good price on a replacement pair (or single), and also visit Viperwrecks.com for their options.......these 2 have been the cheapest options (apart from the private sale) so far.

Can't seem to attach a photo.....anybody got any ideas?
