911 GT3 Whats it worth?

Mates been offered an 04 plate GT3 comfort pack, 6K miles for £55K, is that a decent price?

He doesnt tend to keep his cars long, so if he decided to sell it again in a couple of months what would it be worth/what would teh trade likely bid him for it?

pretty good price - depending on exact spec. and if it's a dealer

Is it a private deal? - if so it might be a little pricey.

To give you an idea, I just bought a 2004 car with 4.5k miles for about 57k from an OPC.

They're few and far between - especially good ones that haven't been absolutely ragged senseless.

I can't see them going below 50k for quite some time - but who knows!?

If it's trade, then they likely paid no more than £50k for it. The OPC's would most likely bid about £47k on it. They may not go down too much, but the diference between the dealer bid and offer is quite big. He should take this into account if it's likely he'll trade on in a few months. I should expect £8k would cover it, unless he decides to shift it privately, but it's not that easy, as many won't buy private at £50k+. All IMHO of course
