Goodwood FOS which day which ticket?

Hi all!

When i come to collect my car from Austec i want to combine this with a visit to the FOS. As it will be my first visit there i could use some advice as to which is the best day to go and if i should get grandstand tickets or just admission.I would also be thankfull for any other tipps.

You might find now that most of the days are close to sold out.

Rough guide.

Friday tends to be dominated by real car enthusiasts, Saturday kids and families and Sunday poseurs and personality spotters.

I go on teh Friday and book a grandstand. If its hot you get some shade and if its wet some shelter.

Jens,

The decision is made for you for the 2006 event - all tickets for the grandstands appear to have been sold.

Looks like the only tickets available are "Admission Only".

As you have never been before, you will be like a 'kid in a candy store'. So much to see, so little time. It really is a motorsport petrolheads paradise. I've been for the last 10 years and never fail to be totally amazed. Forget the grandstands, you will spend all day wandering around anyway. If you manage to get a ticket, Sat or Sun, nothing to choose between them. Will be very busy either day, but well worth it.
