Fibreglass Work

Does anyone know of a good (cheap !) source of getting fibreglass work done in the Teesside Area ? I want someone who's good enough to graft a new (later with driving lights) lower section onto my S1. I'm not really that bothered if they can't paint it, I just want it grafting on locally if I can.
