Any good ideas for Insurance for a Chimaera that commutes and covers about 15,000 per Year?

I just got a gr8 quote from heritage - they have a big advert in sprint. £110 cheaper than the next nearest quote, a lower excess and free track day cover ! I talked wuith them yesterday, covernote arrive this morning. Now thats service.

Of course I have a limited mileage policy and its not a daily drive which makes a big difference but you should give them a call 08458118118

I went with Sunninghill:

unlimited milage/class 1 business use and a manchester post code.....and they were still the cheapest by about £75

Problem is that as you will see everyone has a different recommendation as it all depends on circumstance. For me sunninghill wanted about £100 more than my current insurer (norwich union) - which makes them £210 more than heritage. Your best bet is to take about half a dozen recommends from PH and call them all. One will have a system of weighting that suits your circumstances and come up with a nice low quote !

Give A Plan a go - new to this forum and generally TVR's but competitive and seemed to know what they were talking about. A Manning always excellent as well.

Can second Mustang Baz for A Plan. They quoted an excellent rate (more than £100 cheaper than next lowest) for my son who just bought a Tamora.

Bit late but just reinsured the griff today
Extras include roll bar and four point harnesses ( road legal )

tried them all in sprint and only aboot £50 difference between norwich union , heritage , a plan and mannings !

Heritage XS was £100 more than others
A plan wouldnt cover track days ( always nice to try it at least once ! )
Norwich Union gasped when trackdays mentioned LOL

I went with mannings which was the most expensive quote but included the lowest excess plus trackdays and 45 days euro cover - only thing i didnt like was the compulsory legal cover !!!!

Hope you have it sorted - now can i wait till the end of may to tax it or as the sun is poking out of the clouds should i just go for it ????
