due to my accidental negligence my passenger seat has had some water sitting in it (without me realising of course). The previously immaculate leather on the front of the seat now has some very slight hardening and what looks like small bubbles.

I have dried the seat thoroughly and applied some leather cream. Although the leather is still quite stiff, it doesnt look like it will crack but I want to know if there is anything else I should be doing to prevent further damage&help with the bubbling?

I would call Steve Merret at www.leathercaredirect.com .
I can only sing his praises when it comes to sorting out leather - I saw some ferrari pics when I was there so he has dealt with them before.

I have no shares in this company I hasten to add!
