so would you actually recommend Charles Ivey? I've been using Jaz in Wembley (thumbs up from me) based on recommendations online but since Charles Ivey are right round the corner would be nice to have someone more local...

Well as for actually recommend ... they are expensive (same as an OPC) ... used them many years ago (when they used to do Alfas) and never had a problem. A mate of mine swears by Chelsea Carrera though

thanks for the Chelsea Carrera tip, that's a lot closer to home! Do you stick with the OPC's?

For service yes. Nothing yet has gone wrong but if it does then I'm off to Chelsea Carrera.

Am thinking about sports exhaust and will defo get that fitted by independent.

Fulham - Im thinking of the sports exhaust too, but worried about getting it done by an indie as OPC said it will invalidate the warranty on everything onnected to the exhaust!?!? But £2k is ridiculous for a bit of noise

That's just nonsense. If its official Porsche part it can be fitted by an indy and I don't see how it can invalidate the warranty - that's just scaremongery on the OPC's part.

Exhaust costs around GBP1,000 and then an indy to fit around GBP2-300. So all in for GBP1,300 or so.
