I've heard a rumour that TVR are going overseas !!! The chassis and assembley are going to be done in Eastern Europe, the bodyshell is going to be made in South Africa and the engine is going to be the Corvette or Camaro block.
Personally, I think the engine idea is a good one, why TVR dropped the V8 in the first place I'll never know. Building the bodyshell in S.A. is OK, after all Noble do it well!! BUT taking our last great sports car to Eastern Europe is a crying shame,AT LEAST BUILD IT HERE..........PLEASE. !!!!!
