I'm biggin' it up for Automedon

Well I must be the luckiest TVR owner in the country. 
On Easter Saturday me and my good mate and fellow PH'er TOPTON, hooned on down to Automedon at Poulton le Fylde near Blackpool. Thanks to this thread we'd found out about their open day. I'd previously had my car serviced at the factory and was actively looking for somewhere else to take my P&J so this was very timely.
We spent a couple of hours there enjoying the guys hospitality (and bacon butties)
and chatting to fellow owners. There were some nice motors there and I must admit to being particularly impressed with PH'er CMJ's Saggy, in a lovely shade of Lamborghini Green. 
Having met the Automedon guys and seen what they had to offer I was very impressed. Dave and Colin have each over 10 years factory experience. Dave's an RV8 man and and Colin's an SP6 specialist. Mark, the business manager is a commercial airline pilot, fervent TVR enthuisiast and all round nice guy.
But, I was even more impressed when I found out that I'd won first prize in their free open day raffle - a full 12,000mile service for my car worth over £500.
Having recovered from TOPTON's beating (for allegedly being spawny) I took the car in last week for it's service which was due.
Despite the fact that this was for free, the guys couldn't have been more helpful or proffessional and I was given top treatment. When I went to collect it, the car had been immaculately prepped and there was a full diagnostic report. They'd even done one or two little jobs that weren't even on the service schedule for no extra charge. I was talked through everything they'd done and they'd highlighted one or two things that would need future attention. All in all a real top outfit. I'll certainly be back as a paying customer in the future.
