build a lotus 7 replica and fit one or two bike engines is relatively simple because we know one small infinty of parts that make that job straight. but if you are looking for a mid-bike-engine car??? Any of you knows if it was tried already???

Sbarro did a show car some years ago with 2 bike engines in the middle. Think it was chain drive.

I found one!!!!

The Radical has a mid bike engine, the engine is central in a transversal position and uses a quaife gearbox specially made for this car

Willy Rose Technology are also developing one - the Paradigm.
It has trick suspension, an in-line ZZR-1100 engine and electronic clutch and gear-change.
It's also run rings around the equivalent Radical.

There are few more bike-engine power cars. They Nemesis and Zeus. There are pictures of them on the National Super Sport website.

Paradigm

Very simple indeed, have a chain trasmission, ok lose the reverse but who cares.

But I have one doubt???

Paradigm have a diff or is rigid link between both rear wheels???

Thanks for web-sites

Here are few more bike engine power cars.

I have found 10 but only 2 have websites.

Jade - www.jademotorsport.com

Juno - www.junoracing.co.uk

Here are the rest: Zeus, Phantom, Bicknell, Chiron, Gunn, Nemesis, Mallock, and Slique.

The Paradigm started life with chain-drive but since mid-2000 has had shaft drive via a reverse box to a Sierra diff.

For your information neither Nemesis/Zeus or the other Supersports cars use bike power - they all use 2-litre Vauxhall motors.
