Approved warranty scheme

Hi there

I'm currently looking at a Chim from a main dealer that comes with the 12 month TVR approved warranty. Just wondering if many people on here have used the scheme either successfully or not.
The garage in question is not my nearest dealer but i understand the repairs can be carried out at any authorised repair centre, is this as easy as it sounds?
And finally, if i get the car serviced / MOT'd within the 12 month period presumably the warranty should cover any extras that need doing.

I got my Tuscan from a main dealer and have used the warranty for minor bits and problems. No questions or problems, all parts and work completed straight away. Have even opted for the wear and tear warranty for another year - could well save you money if something big goes wrong and gives you peace of mind driving!!
